C. Decorative font

D. Scripting

The script font looks like handwritten calligraphy, cursive, or another typeface. The vibe of this typeface is warmer, and it hints at a personal touch applied to the packaging. Cursive handwritten fonts are also elegant and luxurious.

 

Font sizing

Don't let your font get lost in the other parts of your packaging. It should be visible but not so dominant that it overpowers the other branding aspects. Keep in mind a hierarchy of the most important words, such as your brand name, which should be the boldest and largest. Following that, the rest of the information, such as the hashtag, tagline, and social media handles, should be in a smaller, yet legible font.

You want to provide your customers with as much information as possible so that they are fully informed about your product and brand. This may cause you to compromise on other aspects such as font size and type. You want to distinguish yourself from your competitors. As much as the appropriate style of typography and size is crucial, so is the amount of information you present on your packaging.
